Industrial extended 16GB eMMC
The eMMC refers to embedded multimedia card which puts the MMC components (flash memory plus controller) into a small ball grid array (BGA) package for use in circuit boards as an embedded non-volatile memory system. A vast majority of mobile devices use this form of flash for main storage on the device.
Supertechina eMMC adopted high graded nand flash chips and latest controllers to assure good compatibility with mobile phone, car navigators and other professional equipment and can work in severe cold and hot environment.
