If you have a USB 3.0 flash drive that is not being detected in USB 3.0 ports but working in USB 2.0 ports, we recommend that you try a different USB 3.0 port on a different computer to verify if the problem is not with your USB 3.0 port. If the drive is still not detected on other ports/computers it's possible there is a hardware problem with the flash drive.
