Original:

Original high grade flash chips have very low failure rates, longest life spans, and are made from the top materials. Generally, original and good die nand flash chips which passed the serious quality testing from branded flash chips suppliers. Of course, this higher quality does come with a higher price.
If you are looking for high quality flash chips for a high end or high quality product, original flash chips must be your first choice.
Good die
Non-passed inspection original flash chips in original branded factories are send to intermediary brokers, downstream manufacturers then proceed the second severe quality testing, only passed the test and there is no bad die/district which can't write and store data, so this graded nand flash chips are called good die.
The quality of good die nand flash chips is similar to that of original nand flash chips, are always used in final usage, industrial usage of flash storage products.
Ink die:
Non-passed nand flash chips in good die nand flash chips tests are sent to small brokers or manufactures the for final inspection. The finally test-passed nand flash chips are called ink die and non-passed are called fake nand flash chips.
